WEST VIRGINIA POWER
​Broadcast and Media Relations Manager (January 2018 to October 2020)

​Broadcast Duties:

• Lead radio play-by-play voice for entire 140-game season (all home and away broadcasts)
  
  
• Conduct player and coaches interviews for pregame show and other select media outlets
  ​
• Provide Power updates for the Seattle Mariners Radio Network, ESPN Huntington and several other radio networks
  
  
• Voice commercials and on-air spots for the Power Baseball Network and affiliated radio stations
  
  
• Cut audio highlights nightly using Adobe Audition for social media and radio purposes

Media Relations and Other Miscellaneous Duties:

• Write game recaps, features stories, press releases and blog posts for the Power's website, social media channels and "The Power Line" blog, which I established in 2018 as the official MLBlog of the West Virginia Power​
  
  
• Create daily game notes, the Yearly Media Guide and Monthly Gameday Program (4 programs a season)​
  
  
• Host and Produce "Expanding The Grid" podcast that features exclusive in-depth interviews with Power players
  
  
• Contribute to social media efforts on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  
  
• Produce graphics, GIFs and videos using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere)
  
  
• Redesign team website to new responsive MiLB format and maintain promotional schedule through Homebase and Promo Editor 
  
  
• Coordinate local and national media interview requests
  
  
• Add to sales team efforts through individual ticket sales and website promotion
  
  
• Assist with team travel schedule, including mapping out travel times and mileage for the bus company
