Broadcast and Media Relations Intern (March 2016 to November 2016)

​Broadcast and In-Game Duties:
​

• ​Perform fill-in play-by-play duties during select home games
  ​
• Distribute game notes, rosters and lineups to teams, coaches and media members
  
  
• Update in-stadium conference standings and lineups
  
  
• Operate music board and sound effects software
  
  
• Maintain press box cleanliness and handle all media member requests

Media Relations Duties:

• Assist Director of Media Relations in creation of daily Game Notes and team rosters
  
  
• Write feature stories on Zephyrs' players and coaches
  
  
• Host, direct and edit the "Inside the Shrine" podcast using Adobe Audition
  
  
• Craft postgame recaps for team website and media distribution
  
  
• Coordinate pre and postgame player and coach interviews with different media outlets
  
  
• ​Help direct the rebranding process from the Zephyrs to the Baby Cakes

​Multimedia and Promotional Duties:
​

• Create graphics and GIFs in Adobe Photoshop for use on all social media channels 


• Coordinate, film and edit videos in Adobe Premiere
  
  
• Promote upcoming ballpark events and giveaways, player birthdays, community gatherings
